What our client had to say…
Purple Dog was a great partner to work with on our annual partner event in the UK. They had a strategic approach to our business and were able to manage our program from end-to-end, keeping focused on the creative vision of the event while ensuring all details were covered.
Pinterest ‘Pinstitute’ Events – UK
- After the inaugural European event for Pinterest, designed to position this as a fixed ‘must-attend’ PR event, we evolved and enhanced it for two further years
- Inspiring Pinterest’s partners at a unique & creative garden party style event
Purple Dog Solutions were thrilled to deliver the first-ever European event for tech company, Pinterest.
Purple Dog Solutions were thrilled to be appointed as logistics, production and creative partner of Pinterest out of the US to deliver three annual events at the same venue, whilst evolving them sufficiently in a bid to stay relevant and different to the same PR audience. The first-ever European PR event for this progressive Tech company at the prestigious and ‘cool’ Soho Farmhouse was delivered in 2016, with another in 2017 and 2018.
The annual “Pinstitute” event is focused on positioning the company as a critical partner to many household names from the worlds of retail, brand and social influencers. Our remit was to create a unique branded environment, logistically organise the event and manage the production and communication to help Pinterest drive inspiration, educate and entertain over 200 key business partners.
The two Barns at Soho Farmhouse in the Oxfordshire countryside provided the backdrop for a simple, but stylish and versatile solution. The venue provided a brand aligned experience with its cool and exclusive atmosphere.
We adapted the venues and evolved the set and style each year to match the client business messages and to ensure a comfortable environment for keynote speaker presentation, ‘celebrity’ panel discussions, breakout sessions, multi-media displays and live entertainment alike.
Transport via private train from Marylebone ensured seamless travel for guests, and the provision of full event management and production services afforded guests a genuinely unique experience each year. The fact that each event was oversubscribed provided Pinterest with an exceptional return on investment.
